Terms of Service

Last updated: March 24, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Terminal One ("the Platform," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Terminal One is a non-custodial, on-chain trading terminal that provides access to decentralized exchange aggregation, portfolio tracking, market data, social features, and related tools for on-chain assets including tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) and cryptocurrencies.

The Platform does not hold, custody, manage, or control any user funds. All transactions are executed directly on public blockchains via your connected wallet. You retain full control of your assets at all times.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use blockchain-based financial tools in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. By using Terminal One you represent that you meet these requirements.

The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where use of decentralized exchange services is prohibited by applicable law.

4. Non-Custodial Nature

Terminal One is fully non-custodial. We never have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and any assets within it. Lost private keys or unauthorized wallet access cannot be recovered by Terminal One.

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All market data, analytics, leaderboard rankings, social posts, and T1 Intelligence content are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

6. Trading Risks

On-chain trading involves significant risk including, but not limited to, price volatility, smart contract risk, liquidity risk, network congestion, and regulatory risk. You may lose some or all of your assets. Please review our Risk Disclosure before trading.

7. User Accounts and Social Features

Terminal One offers optional social features including posts, profiles, direct messages, and verification. You are responsible for all content you post. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.

The Platform may allow you to connect your X (Twitter) account for identity verification. This connection is voluntary and governed by X's own terms of service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services including:

  • TradingView — charts and market data. Users may not reproduce, scrape, or redistribute TradingView content without a separate licence from TradingView.
  • LI.FI — DEX aggregation and swap routing.
  • Alchemy — blockchain RPC and data.
  • X (Twitter) — optional identity verification via OAuth 2.0.

Your use of these services is also governed by their respective terms of service. Terminal One is not responsible for any third-party service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Terminal One name, logo, and Platform design are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terminal One and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including trading losses, smart contract failures, or data inaccuracies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of market data, or uninterrupted availability.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will note the updated date at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration to the extent permitted by your jurisdiction.
